This is an ELR 5 mile cross country handicap race in Epping Forest. Your handicap will be calculated based on your recent 5K time. The slowest runners start first and the fast runners start last, therefore anyone could be first to the finish line! The start will be at 10.00am prompt. Location: Mill Plain, top of Chelmsford Road, South Woodford. We need volunteers (marshals and people for the course set up), as well as plenty of runners. Please add your name to race entries, or email info@eastlondonrunners.org.uk if you would like to take part on the day. Trail shoes or cross country studs are strongly recommended if you are running.
