This is a joint Christmas Lights run with Orion Harriers and some other local clubs. Starting from Blackfriars Station, the run will be Approx 10K in distance. We are a very large group of runners and we must be mindful of those in our group and the public. It will not be possible to check everybody in so you must be at the concourse of Liverpool St Station, underneath the departure board, ready to leave by 6.40pm. Alternatively, be at Blackfriars for 7pm for our Start point. This year will be an inter-club run, coordinating with members from our neighbouring clubs, ELR in particular and we could be 80-100 runners. Our end point is the Punch Tavern, Fleet Street at approximately 8.15pm. A room is booked. Do. Be fit to run 10k. Check the weather in advance and wear suitable clothing. If wet, put spare clothing inside a carrier bag in your back pack to remain dry. Take a note of leaders phone numbers. Wear high viz. Tell someone if you need to stop/leave. Cross roads carefully and together. Be mindful of pedestrians. Watch kerbs, uneven surfaces, furniture, bollards. First aid carriers make themselves known. Have a great time!
