Local event starting at 11am from the Roding Valley Parkrun venue. 5 mile trail run. £3 per person entry fee. Teams of 4 to score. Add your name to race entries if you plan to run.
The run will start and finish at Eton Manor Rugby Club, Nutter Lane, Wanstead E11 2JA. New members are welcome. Please come along and try us out for up to three trial runs.
