This race comprises the fourth leg of the 2026 East London V Interclub Series (ELVIS), see: http://www.elvisraces.club/. However, members of any running club, or no running club are very welcome to join. Entries in advance please. No transfers. No refunds. See below for a variety of travel options. Race Details Race Date: Tuesday 23 June 2026 Race Time: Starts 7.30pm. Registration and number collection: between 6.30pm and 7.20pm. Location: Hopkins Field (near Waterden Road), QEOP, London, E20 3BS (please note this is about 400m west of the Velopark). Price: We have an Early Bird offer of £11 Affiliated, and £13 Unaffiliated. ending Thursday 30th April. From Friday 1st May, prices are £12 Affiliated, and £14 Unaffiliated. We also offer a limited on the day offer of £18 Affiliated, and £20 Unaffiliated. Licence: The race is licensed by UKA with a certificate of course accuracy. Timing: Chip-timed by Krono Sports. Course: It is a fast 2-lap course on paved paths of the north area of the Park. Headphones: As per England Athletics guidelines, use of Headphones are banned from this event. (With the exception of Bone-Conducting Headphones). Inclusiveness: East End Road Runners are proud supporters of the LGBT+ Community and welcome all entrants as female, male and non-binary. UKA rules currently state that only male and female runners can qualify for ranking. However, all non-binary times will be captured in the overall race results. More information can be found at UKA's Non-binary Guidance for Road Race Organisers. Non-Binary runners will unfortunately not be elegible for prizes. Water: A water fountain (to refill runners' own bottles) will be provided. For environmental reasons, single use plastic bottles of water will not routinely be provided. Runners are encouraged to bring their own bottles (clearly labeled to avoid confusion). Toilets will be available in the Velopark (about 400m to the east of the registration and start point) Baggage: Bags can be left (spaced from one another) near the registration area at owners own risk. Car Parking: There are two large multi-storey carparks in the vicinity: The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park Multi-Story Car Park (E15 2HB) is located by the Here East complex, just 5 mins' walk from the race village. Stratford International Station Car Park (E20 1YY) is located by Stratford International Station, which is about 15 mins' walk away. Public Transport: Participants are strongly encouraged to arrive by public transport. Stratford International, Stratford, Hackney Wick and Leyton stations are all within a 20 minute walk of the start. Busses 388, 97, 308, and W15 all stop within 10 minutes walk of the start. Cycling: There are five Santander Cycles stations (available for hire or docking) located within 5-mins walk of the start. There are also numerous bike racks in the area for cyclists bringing their own bikes (please bring your own lock). The closest racks are located outside Clarinco Club Cafe on Waterden Rd (E15 2GY). Prizes: There will be 14 prizes based on gun-time results. 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall male and female; 1st male and female vet in age categories 40, 50, 60 and 70. There will be a maximum of one prize per person.
The run will start and finish at Eton Manor Rugby Club, Nutter Lane, Wanstead E11 2JA. New members are welcome. Please come along and try us out for up to three trial runs.
