At 9.00am FREE timed 5k runs/races at Wanstead Flats (Harrow Road), Valentines Park (Ilford), Roding Valley, Walthamstow, Barking and many other venues across London, the UK and other Countries. The run will start and finish at The Duke Wanstead, 79 Nightingale Lane, Wanstead E11 2EY followed by a club social in the pub afterwards. New members are welcome.
